Make indexing work visible and recoverable.

Indexlume records durable runs, checkpoints, errors, reconciliation results, project activity, and privacy-conscious aggregate search metrics.

Job history with recovery actions

Initial imports, incremental syncs, rebuilds, snapshots, and reconciliation runs expose status, counts, timestamps, recorded errors, retry, and cancellation where supported.

Live aggregate analytics

The dashboard reports request totals, latency estimates, sources, status distribution, and time buckets with selectable 2-second, 5-second, and 1-minute refresh. Raw query terms and top-query analytics are intentionally not stored.

Operator-owned recovery

Backup tooling produces a PostgreSQL dump, volume archives, a manifest, and checksums. Restore requires exact confirmation and matching encryption-key identity.
