Monitor indexing jobs
Open Indexing Jobs to view project-scoped run history and a selected run's details.
The list can include uploads, initial snapshots, incremental PostgreSQL syncs, rebuilds, projection snapshots, and reconciliation jobs. Details include status, timestamps, record counts, source/collection context, and recorded errors.
Recovery actions
- Retry failed records queues supported failures without restarting successful records.
- Cancel requests a checkpoint-safe stop for a running job.
- Reconcile preview computes hard-delete candidates without removing documents.
- Reconcile execute requires the matching candidate digest and confirmation token.
If the worker restarts, queued work and persisted checkpoints allow supported jobs to resume or replay safely. Always inspect the current run and search results after recovery; a running process alone does not prove the index is current.
